Though Acupuncture can be an important element of the protocol, the most important component is Chinese Botanical Medicine.  The customized botanical formulas gently but effectively improve the bodymind terrain in which Fibromyalgia and auto-immune conditions thrive.  Another element of the protocol is instruction in Gaso-transmitter therapy, which is a set of gentle breathing and moving exercises that disperses stagnant gases in the body, strengthens the immune system and improves blood flow.  Finally, another helpful part of the protocol is meditation instruction, to help the patient manage his or her stress and experience maximum improvement.
